The Elizabeth City Rowing Club (ECRC) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We believe we believe rowing clubs transform communities. We empower our athletes, coaches, and volunteers to lead and serve within their classrooms, workplaces, in Eastern North Carolina.
